  • Stephen Wren Takes on Chichester Harbour 10‑Mile

    On 28th February, long‑time supporter Stephen Wren will once again take on an inspiring running challenge—this time a 10‑mile route at the Chichester Harbour Trail Run—to raise vital funds for Brain Tumour Research through the Peninsula Medical Foundation.

    Stephen runs in loving memory of his daughter Tory Wren, whose legacy continues to motivate his fundraising efforts. His JustGiving page, set up to support the PMF’s critical research programmes, remains a central hub for donations and messages of support.

  • Rock Raises for Cancer

    PMF is honoured to be one of the beneficiaries of the 2025 Rock Raises For Cancer fundraising campaign. 

    Since its inception, £40,000 has been raised for local charities thanks to the generosity and support of the community. This year, the Rock Raises for Cancer team is supporting three outstanding causes:

  • Running for Tory: A Father’s Tribute, A Community’s Cause

    Stephen Wren continues his amazing efforts to fundraise for PMF’s Brain Tumour Research Fund. On 7th June, he successfully completed the Dorney Half Marathon. This heartfelt effort honours the memory of his daughter, Tory Wren, and supports groundbreaking research in the South West.   • Plymouth Half 2025: rain, races, and remarkable giving!

    On Sunday 11th May, Adrian Copplestone, Chair of PMF, and Robin Fraser, runner and PMF supporter, braved the inclement weather, and delayed starts to their races to run the 10k and half marathon respectively, raising £1500 for Brain Tumour Research in the South West.
